The M3M is a very high quality 11 litre ported centre speaker using the superb new 5" IPL magnesium unit with its high power handling, cast chassis, and shielded magnet system.  Also used is the excellent new IPL  top mount 1"soft dome tweeter with its powerful Neodymium magnet. The Top mount vertical configuration gives superior off axis response linearity to the horizontal configuration. This speaker has been designed to complement high quality A.V. systems and is ideal for use with any of the IPL Transmission Lines as main speakers, the M3M as rear speakers and the SW4 or SW3 subwoofer 

The M3M Centre has a very flat frequency response that extends down below 38htz and up to 20khtz giving a very extended bass for such a small speaker. The sound quality is large scale providing clean clear dialogue, a smooth and dynamic presentation with no listener fatigue, there is provision to adjust the treble output to suit your system which is essential, because of the large variation in AV equipment. The M3M has a very sturdy 22 and 18mm cabinet, with a double flared port which ensures low panel resonance and accurate bass reproduction, and the cabinet is lined internally with profiled acoustic foam and a deflex panel. The second order crossover  incorporates high quality polypropylene capacitors, high power inductors and resistors and is mounted on the Bi-wired CP4L Gold Connection Panel. The bass inductor is the superb IPL Steel laminate low resistance inductor

The M3M Centre is an outstanding speaker with an exceptionally clean, transparent, but smooth sound. It can be used in domestic systems at reasonably high levels on full range or at higher levels on small to medium speaker settings (most AV amps have facility to adjust bass output of main and centre speakers)
